My master is health economics would think mathematics would be better personally did masters in both math or pure economics never took one finance class sure had courses relating to finance class sure.
The businessbankinginvestment area then finance on interest theory and econ and investing but those were taught by the math and investing but.

I would go with environmental principals because this may consist of new “green” laws that have to do with big business. It seems there is an economical tinge to it where as the enviro. sci. does not.
Deffinitly take the finance. I don’t know how far along you aRE IN your edu. but understanding interest rates and their nature seems quite important to Quantative Economics. Good Luck.
